How the calculator works
It applies selected rows from the 2024 Table 12 (fast track) and Table 14 (intermediate track) in Practice Direction 45. The extended regime generally applies to claims issued on or after 1 October 2023, subject to exclusions and transitional rules. Tariffs are uprated from time to time, so check the version that applies to your claim. Not every stage is included: intermediate track S2 and later trial stages, and some fast track items, are not modelled.
